Return policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

Try-On Guidelines

We understand the importance of fit. Swimwear may be tried on over clothing only.
For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn directly on the body, dirty, washed, or show signs of use.

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange, please email hello@belleameaus.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, an exchange or replacement will be arranged.

What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following are not considered faults:

  • Damage caused by wear, washing, chlorine, salt water, or tanning products

  • Improper care or failure to follow care instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Shipping

If an item is confirmed as faulty, return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
